For the week of May 24-28:
Reading - We will be reading the story "McBroom and the Big Wind" in our Reading books. Vocabulary words are:
Deny, Common Shingle, Battered, Gust, Huddled, Calculate, Haste
We will be discussing Tall Tales, and focusing on reading speed, asking questions, and cause and effect.
Four SPELLING ACTIVITIES ARE DUE THIS WEEK!
**THIS WILL BE THE LAST SPELLING AND READING TEST FOR THE YEAR!!
Math:
OUR LAST MATH TEST WILL BE GIVEN THIS TUESDAY!! We will be reviewing for our test on Monday. A practice test will be sent home Monday night for homework, please be sure to study it!!

Review Adverbs, synonyms, antonyms, Subject Verb agreement, verb tenses
Social Studies: Civil War
Science: TAke home test will be sent home Monday. Please have your child turn it in Wednesday!!
